These are a few of her favorite (and least favorite) things! In honor of the 50th anniversary of the classic 1965 film The Sound of Music, star Julie Andrews sat down with Diane Sawyer on 20/20 to talk about the impact of the musical.

The interview, which airs Wednesday, March 18, touches on a variety of topics, but in this exclusive extended clip, Andrews, now 79, discusses the music in the beloved show.

Her least favorite song is “I Have Confidence,” which her character Maria sings while on her way out of the convent and to the von Trapp home.

“Probably one that I don’t really think was Rodgers’,” she told Sawyer of the tune. “Mostly because the lyrics were a bit inane. Actually, what I did because I could make sense of the [lyrics] — and I have to have lyrics that make sense — I decided that the best way to sing ‘I Have Confidence’ was to go completely nuts with panic and fear in this sort of mad, busy way.”

Watch the clip to see what Andrews’ favorite song from the film was! Tune in to the 20/20 Sound of Music special on Wednesday, March 18 at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
